We accept returns or replacements only if:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
The request for return is made within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
⚠️ Note: Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used cosmetics and skincare items.
Products purchased during sales or promotions (unless defective/damaged).
Items with tampered packaging or missing original tags.
3. Refund Process
If your return request is approved:
The product must be shipped back to us in its original condition.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Replacement Policy
If you receive a wrong or defective product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
Replacements are subject to product availability. If not available, a refund will be issued.
5. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason (not covered in Section 1), the customer must bear the return shipping charges.
